The garden man (a.k.a. the parish vicar) was more than happy to hand his vegetable patch over to us ruffians. This time next year it'll be sprouts on sticks all round. You have been warned!

Will there still be room for the chickens?
Our neighbour called around today to say that 'our gardener' had suggested lowering the mutual hedge. She was happy - whether my dad will approve of his new status is another matter.
